Zervos Summer

Summer Zervos is a restaurant manager of Sunny's Family Restaurant in Huntington Beach, California and a former contestant on the reality television show, The Apprentice (U.S. TV series), hosted by Donald Trump.  

Life

She is one of the women represented by Gloria Allred who have accused Trump of sexual harassment. In January 2017 she filed a suit against Trump for libel after he called the accusers liars and said the allegations were false. Her attorney is the famed Gloria Allred.   Summer currently runs Sunny's Family Restaurant​ in Huntington Beach, California.​ She has also worked as a bartender. Summer Zervos competed on Season 5 of The Apprentice. Summer was eliminated in the first episode of the show where, contestants were split into a two teams with the challenge of selling enhanced Sam's Club memberships using Goodyear Blimps and other forms of advertising. Summer was part of team led by fellow contestant Tarek Saab. 

Summer was given the task of calling up surrounding restaurants and inviting them to the next day's promotional event. However, she called only one restaurant before giving up, citing the team's failure to have agreed on a promotion that would help her convince the business owners to show up for the event. For the second day of the challenge she was assigned to working inside a blimp. When Tarek's team lost he and others blamed Summer, saying that she did not put enough effort into calling restaurants. However, Summer blamed Tarek for his failure to lead the team.  When Donald Trump was about to eliminate Tarek, he instead fired Summer because she interrupted him multiple times.​

On October 14, 2016, Zervos claimed in a press conference that she was sexually assaulted by Donald Trump in 2007 in New York. She claims that, after appearing on The Apprentice, she contacted Trump in about a job after the show's completion and, in response, invited her to meet him at the Beverly Hills Hotel​. Zervos said that Trump made sexual advances towards her during their meeting, kissing her open-mouthed and thrusting his genitals on her. She confirmed in her claim that his behavior was aggressive and not consensual.​ Her cousin refuted the account saying Zervos has given high praise for Trump during the decade following her appearance on the show and came up with the accusation only after her solicitation for his support of her restaurant was turned down.  He alleged she covets the fame she enjoyed as a participant in Trump's show. In October 2016, the Trump Presidential Campaign released an email by Zervos, sent in April 2016, in which she expressed her wish to “reconnect” with Trump.​
